Best student credit card for customer service?

Very best student credit card for consumer service? Question by Idealist Dreamer Realist
I’m a college student, and will like to develop up my credit. I’m quite smart when it comes to my finances, so please do not say “Do not get a credit card”. I’ve had a poor experience with Chase mastercard consumer service and would like some ideas on other credits cards. I’m seeking for a reliable business that will not give me crap.
